  • A national level seminar “Emerging Cascades in LIfe science PotentialS (ECLIPS-09)” was organized under the umbrella of the centre for biosciences of our college on 25th Nov.2009.
  • Our faculty member, Ms.Sreelakshmi.R had participated in an international symposium on computational biology, structural bioinformatics and systems biology on Jan 11-13th 2010.
  • The Head of the department Dr Suseela Gomathi,K  participated as the chief guest and delivered a talk on nano-informatics at the one day national level seminar organized by the department of biotechnology, Malankara Catholic College, Mariagiri on 19th Feb.2010.

A text book on “Bioinformatics-An Interdisciplinary Approach” was prepared by the faculty members of the college and was released by the centre for Bioscience during National seminar.
