ACADEMICS

    ACADEMIC MONITORING COMMITTEE

The College Council has traditionally been the governing body responsible for overseeing various aspects of our institution’s operations, from academics to student affairs and more. Over time, it became evident that the complexity and diversity of these responsibilities required a more focused approach for effective management and decision-making. To address this challenge, the College Council opted for a division into specialized centers.

    New Center Structure

The College Council has been divided into the following centers:

    CENTER FOR LANGUAGE STUDIES

Responsible for matters related to language studies, including curriculum development, language faculty management, and language program administration. This center includes,

    CENTER FOR TECHNOLOGY

Concentrates on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs, emphasizing research, technology integration, and innovation within these fields. This center includes,

    CENTER FOR LIFE SCIENCE

Focused on the oversight of science-related programs, research, and faculty development across various scientific disciplines. This center includes,

    CENTER FOR SOCIAL SCIENCE

Manages social science programs, research initiatives, and faculty development in disciplines such as psychology, sociology, and political science. This center includes,

    CENTER FOR BUSINESS STUDIES

Oversees all aspects of the business school, including curriculum development, economical management, industry partnerships, and student career services. This center includes,

Each of these centers is designed to provide a more specialized and focused approach to academic development, research, and student support within their respective domains. They will facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration while catering to the unique needs of each field.

This restructuring aims to optimize the resources available to the College Council and create a more efficient and effective framework for addressing the distinct needs of the different academic disciplines. Additionally, it aligns with the institution’s goal of enhancing academic excellence and promoting holistic education. The transition is currently underway, and there will be a period of adjustment as the new centers establish their specific programs, faculty arrangements, and administrative structures. The College Council remains committed to supporting this transition and ensuring a smooth integration of these specialized centers into the broader academic framework.
