The Department of Chemistry is one of the supporting departments in this College. The department has been imparting quality education. The department offers complementary courses to undergraduate students under the departments of Biochemistry & Industrial microbiology and Botany. It mainly focuses on the teaching aspects of chemistry. The key areas of study of chemistry comprise organic chemistry, Inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, and Analytical chemistry. The department adopt student-friendlyadopts teaching methods like seminars, discussions, and lectures. It follows the syllabus and course pattern prescribed by the University of Kerala.
