➡️ The Department of Social Work came in on 14-08-2014. National College is the pioneering institution to open the portals of social work education at the undergraduate level, by getting the approval from the University of Kerala to start regular BSW courses for the first time within the jurisdiction of the University and is known as the best BSW college in Trivandrum. We started the MSW program in 2022 with a vision to meet the growing demand and embrace the extensive scope of social work.

Thus, our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to give students a complete understanding of social problems, theories, and practical skills needed for making a difference in communities.

➡️ The Psychology Department at National College started in the academic year 2023-24. The Government of Kerala sanctioned the B.Sc. Psychology program as per the order dated June 11, 2023. This addition aims to enhance the educational offerings of the college and provide students with the opportunity to pursue a career in psychology. National College TVM, affiliated with the University of Kerala, has been a leading self-financing Arts and Science college in the city since 1995.
