You can notice that in the previous line, I mentioned the BBA department first, and then comes National College from that we can understand how much I loved my department. The only reason for that love is our teachers Shibitha mam, Nizeeba mam, Rejna mam, Gopika mam, and also the ones who left us in between.

Each one of our teachers treated us as their children. We had all the freedom that the other departments couldn’t even dream of. And when it comes to academics we were able to handle our studies without any pressure.

The Financial Management course in our BBA department equips students with essential skills and knowledge in managing finances effectively within business organizations. Throughout the course, we explored topics such as capital budgeting, financial statement analysis, and risk management strategies. Overall, the Financial Management course not only deepened our understanding of financial concepts but also prepared us for the complexities of managing finances in today’s dynamic business environment. The BBA project on performance appraisal conducted on Milma Factory provided valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing the performance appraisal process, ultimately contributing to the improvement of employee satisfaction, motivation, and organizational performance. The teaching quality within our BBA department is exceptional, largely due to the dedication and expertise of the faculty members. Campus life we got during the course is dynamic and enriching, offering students a lot of opportunities to connect with peers and engage in extracurricular activities. The annual fest and sports fest at our college are eagerly anticipated events that bring together students, faculty, and staff to celebrate and showcase talent, creativity, and teamwork.
